Abstract
The research aims to study the marketing recovery and its impact on the quality of service in the Iraqi Airways Company in Baghdad, affiliated with the Iraqi Ministry of Transport. The problem of the study focused on explaining the pace of increasing competition between business organizations, perhaps the most prominent of which are international airlines, including the company under study (Iraqi Airways Company - Baghdad), which strives to provide the best services to its customers with the highest quality rates, but it faces many negative issues that prevent the achievement of service quality. The current research relied on three dimensions of marketing recovery, which are: (apology, compensation, and assistance and problem solving). The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the data were collected using a questionnaire. The research also included testing the main hypotheses to determine the correlation and influence relationship between the study variables using some methods of the two statistical programs (SPSS, AMOS) and then processing the data obtained. The study included (105) senior and middle management in the company under study (General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Department Manager, Division Manager) The study found a strong correlation and influence between the study variables (marketing recovery and service quality), indicating the interest of the company’s senior and middle management in these two aspects. Among the most important recommendations that emerged from the study are: the necessity for the company under study to rely on marketing recovery in all its dimensions (apology, compensation, problem solving) whether when providing the service or after it Continuing to improve and enhance these dimensions will contribute significantly to achieving quality of service, and it is necessary to conduct periodic surveys that help the company to know the quality of the services it provides, and the extent of customer satisfaction with its performance, as it provides valuable feedback that enables the company to continuously improve its services and respond better to customer expectations and needs, which leads to achieving quality of service.
Abstract
The research aims to test the effect of the flexibility of the supply chain with its dimensions (the flexibility of the mix, the flexibility of the new product, the agility of the supply chain and the flexibility of distribution) on the customer’s happiness. The problem of the research is the lack of interest of the management of the company in question (the General Company for Electrical and Electronic Industries) in applying some dimensions of the flexibility of the supply chain and in a way that meets the needs and desires of renewable customers and in a way that enhances the achievement of joy for them, and for the purpose of achieving the objectives of the research and answering the questions, the questionnaire was adopted as a tool for collecting data that was distributed to a sample An intentional group of (55) respondents represented by (the general manager of the company, his assistant, department managers, factory managers and their agents), and a number of statistical methods were adopted to know the level of importance of research variables as well as to test hypotheses using the statistical program (SPSS V.28), and accordingly The researchers adopted the descriptive-analytical approach. In light of the achieved results, the most important of which was the presence of a significant effect of the flexibility of the supply chain on the customer’s joy, a number of conclusions were formulated, the most important of which is that the management of the company in question is differently interested in applying the dimensions of the flexibility of the supply chain to achieve the customer’s joy, as it focuses largely on the dimensions of chain agility. Abstract
The research aims to diagnose the contribution of production scheduling rules in activating cyber production requirements and to determine the implications of this relationship at the level of the General Company for Electrical and Electronic Industries in Baghdad as a field of research, as manufacturing companies today face a major challenge represented by increasing complexity and responding to dynamic changes in addition to achieving short delivery times. As planning, control and scheduling mechanisms cannot deal efficiently under complex, dynamic and unexpected circumstances, this requires a move towards creative activities and problem solving using collaborative decision-making mechanisms between human and artificial intelligence. Therefore, a move was made towards creating requirements for the cyber production system that would have a positive impact. The research problem is demonstrated by answering the following question: Do production scheduling rules affect the activation of cyber production requirements in the researched company? Abstract
The research aimed to explore the reality of organizational intelligence and its dimensions — namely (environmental understanding, collective intelligence, and strategic vision) — as well as sustainable development and its dimensions (economic, environmental, and social). The focus was on Al-Ittihad Food Industries Company. The research also sought to identify the correlation between organizational intelligence and sustainable marketing within the company.
A descriptive approach was adopted, and the study sample consisted of 99 employees from various departments of the company. A questionnaire was designed as the main tool for data collection, in addition to conducting some personal interviews. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and Cronbach's Alpha for reliability testing. The questionnaire relied on a five-point Likert scale.

The significance of this research lies in its integration of two key variables: first, innovative marketing, which represents a flexible marketing model that offers companies new methods to present their products and services by introducing changes in how the product or service is delivered, as well as in the channels used for transmitting marketing messages; and second, customer satisfaction, the understanding and analysis of which is essential for maintaining customer loyalty and, consequently, preserving and increasing the company’s market share.
The aim of the study is to explore "The impact of innovative marketing on enhancing customer satisfaction." The research problem was formulated through a set of key questions, most importantly: Does innovative marketing have an effect on achieving customer satisfaction?
To collect the necessary data, the research relied on a questionnaire as the primary tool. The study targeted the Scientific Pharmacist Office, which serves as a marketing agent for Samara Drug Industry Company and several other pharmaceutical companies across different regions in Iraq. A random sample of 65 employees working in the company was selected. Data were analyzed using SPSS v24.
The study reached several conclusions, the most notable being:

Theoretical Framework:
This study addressed the phenomenon of quiet quitting as a behavior manifested in employees performing only the minimum required work without showing additional commitment or initiative. This phenomenon is linked to causes such as burnout, lack of appreciation, and the absence of career advancement opportunities, making it a direct threat to employee engagement and organizational performance stability. The study aimed to explore the relationship between the dimensions of digital leadership and the dimensions of quiet quitting among the employees of Al-Maram Advertising Company.
Objective:
The study aimed to test the hypotheses regarding the relationship and impact between the dimensions of digital leadership — namely (digital leaders' competence, digital leaders' capability, organizational structure, and organizational strategy) — and the dimensions of quiet quitting — represented by (work overload, unfair compensation, poor work environment, and lack of career advancement opportunities). It also sought to analyze how digital leadership contributes to reducing levels of quiet quitting.
Methodology:
The study employed a quantitative analysis based on questionnaires distributed to employees of Al-Maram Advertising Company, with data collected from 48 employees in addition to interviews with senior and middle management. A structural model was designed to illustrate the direct effects of each digital leadership dimension on quiet quitting.
Findings:
The study revealed a statistically significant inverse relationship between all dimensions of digital leadership (competence, capability, structure, and strategy) and manifestations of quiet quitting among Al-Maram employees. Collectively, digital leadership accounted for 92% of the variance in quiet quitting (R² = 0.922), with digital leaders' competence having the strongest effect (β = -0.755). While the contributions of the other dimensions were smaller, they remained statistically significant. The results confirm that enhancing digital leadership practices effectively reduces the likelihood of employees’ psychological withdrawal.
Recommendations:
The study recommended that Al-Maram Advertising Company focus on improving digital leaders’ competence through specialized training programs in digital leadership, and activates clear strategies for leveraging technology in communication and motivation. It also advised restructuring the work environment to align with digital transformation requirements. Moreover, the study recommended developing clear promotion and recognition policies to ensure employee motivation and reduce the likelihood of quiet quitting, thereby enhancing employee engagement and sustaining the company’s high performance.

The purpose of the current study is to determine the effect of marketing intelligence in promoting entrepreneurship in Jotun Modern Paints Company. The study was represented by two variables, including the independent variable, marketing intelligence in its dimensions (customer intelligence, market intelligence, product intelligence, competitor intelligence), while the dimensions of the dependent variable represented entrepreneurship with its three dimensions (proactive, innovation, risk bearing). The study population was represented in the Jotun Modern Paints Company and its branches located in the governorate of Baghdad. The intentional research sample, consisting of (65) individuals from the managers and workers of the above company, was also selected. The questionnaire was also used as a tool to obtain the necessary data that was prepared based on the ready-made measures after being subjected to it. In addition to the validity and reliability tests, the application (Microsoft Excel) and the statistical program (SPSS Ver.19) were used to enter and analyze the study data. The study presented a set of results, the most important of which was the existence of a positive relationship and a positive impact of marketing intelligence aimed at enhancing the entrepreneurship of the company throughout the study and research.

Abstract
The research aims to highlight the role of lean manufacturing principles in enhancing the requirements of green manufacturing at Al- Karwanchi Company for beverages, healthy water, juices, dairy products, and energy drinks. The research problem lies in the company's lack of attention to recycling its products, despite using raw recyclable materials, leading to increased waste accumulation and environmental and health issues. This situation negatively impacts the environment and increases the costs of waste disposal and non-biodegradable materials.
To address this, adopting lean manufacturing principles becomes essential, as they focus on reducing waste and improving production efficiency to meet green manufacturing requirements. A questionnaire was designed for data collection and distributed to a sample of employees in the company, with 242 questionnaires collected from a population of 548 individuals. Data analysis was conducted using statistical software (SPSS V.26 - AMOS V.24).
The results supported the research hypotheses and confirmed the positive objectives and validity of the research model, revealing a direct impact of the independent variable (lean manufacturing) through its principles (both collectively and individually) on the dependent variable (green manufacturing) in terms of its requirements (collectively).
Based on these findings, several recommendations were made, the most important of which is that institutions should consider transitioning to a circular economy, where materials and waste are reused in the production process. This approach will help reduce environmental impacts and achieve greater resource sustainability.

This study explores the concept of frugal innovation and its impact on achieving pioneer Advantage in the context of the express delivery sector. Focusing on the express delivery company, Totters, the study examines how frugal innovations in terms of cost and resource efficiency can provide a competitive advantage in a highly dynamic market. Data were collected through a survey of (85) employees of the company under study and analyzed using the advanced statistical program SmartPLS V.4 to assess the role of streamlined operations, affordable solutions, and customer-centric strategies. The results reveal that frugal innovation significantly enhances a company’s ability to lead the market by delivering high value with limited resources. Furthermore, the study highlights the critical interaction between innovation and strategic positioning in supporting long-term competitiveness. This study aims to explore the role of green digital technologies in promoting sustainable innovation within organizations, focusing on how these technologies can be applied to improve the environmental and production processes of modern industrial technology companies. Therefore, the study gains importance in light of global trends toward promoting environmental sustainability in various industries and the application of green digital technologies as a tool to drive sustainable innovation. These technologies contribute to reducing environmental impact and achieving organizations' strategic objectives by improving efficiency and productivity. The study also relied on a descriptive analytical approach, where data was collected by distributing questionnaires to a sample of employees at Al-Joud Modern Industrial Technology Company, including technical and administrative departments. Statistical analysis was used to extract conclusions related to the impact of green digital technologies on sustainable innovation.
The study was implemented at Al-Joud Modern Industrial Technology Company, where 75 questionnaires were distributed to employees across various administrative and technical departments, and 60 valid questionnaires were retrieved for statistical analysis. While the study's most important conclusions are that green digital technologies have significantly contributed to improving environmental efficiency and productivity at Al-Joud Company, sustainable innovation has also become an essential part of the company's strategy to improve its operations and reduce resource consumption.
The study's most important recommendations are the need for companies to invest in green digital technologies to promote sustainable innovation and achieve their environmental and economic goals. Abstract
The purpose of the current study is to know the nature of the relationship between soft leadership and dignity in the workplace for a sample of employees of the Babylon branch of the Textile Industries Company. Using the stratified random sampling method, the researchers distributed 134 questionnaires to a number of employees of the Babylon branch of the Textile Industries Company. The number of returned questionnaires was 131, while the number of questionnaires valid for statistical analysis was (128) questionnaires, at a rate of (97%). Then the data were analyzed using both SPSS v.23 statistical programs. The review of previous literature showed that there is no explanation for the nature of the relationship between soft leadership and dignity in the workplace in organizations in general and in the organization under study in particular. The results showed the existence of an effect between the study variables, which is the existence of a direct effect of soft leadership on dignity in the workplace, as well as a link between soft leadership and dignity in the workplace. Due to the lack of studies that attempted to know the nature of the relationship between (soft leadership, dignity in the workplace), this study came to address a realistic problem that directly affects the organizational environment of a sample of employees of the Textile Industries Company, Babylon branch.

The problem is that the methods used in the distribution of the costs of production service centers by local units suffer from shortcomings in this area because they rely on traditional methods in the distribution of the costs of these centers, which results in distortion in the information provided to determine the cost of products.This led to its failure to provide information that helps management make decisions and that using RCA helps economic units keep pace with developments in the business environment. Abstract
This study aimed to examine the impact of applying the Blue Ocean Strategy on enhancing the competitive advantage of Abu Shamala and Abu Dan General Contracting Company in the Gaza Strip. The independent variable was the Blue Ocean Strategy with its four dimensions (elimination, reduction, raise, and creation), while the dependent variable was the enhancement of competitive advantage. The research addressed the extent to which the strategy contributes to strengthening the company’s competitiveness amid the challenges facing the local construction sector. The entire company staff (30 employees) participated in the study through a comprehensive survey, achieving a 100% response rate. Using a descriptive analytical approach and SPSS statistical tools—including means, standard deviations, T-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis—the results indicated a very high application level of the Blue Ocean Strategy (84.8%) and a similarly high level of competitive advantage (84.2%). Statistically significant relationships were found between the dimensions of elimination, raise, and creation and the competitive advantage, with the creation dimension having a direct significant effect. No significant differences appeared in respondents’ assessments of the strategy based on gender, age, qualification, or job title, while differences were significant for specialization and experience, favoring administrative and financial specializations and those with over nine years of experience. Regarding competitive advantage, no differences were observed by gender, age, or job title, but significant differences existed by educational level (favoring those with a high school education or less), specialization, and experience (favoring administrative and financial fields and those with 3–6 years or over 9 years of experience). The study recommended adopting the Blue Ocean Strategy as a permanent management approach, focusing especially on the creation dimension, and enhancing institutional innovation by empowering and training employees.

In order to bridge this research gap, we used two approaches, which are the descriptive approach to describing the political concepts related to the variables of the study, and the analytical approach to exploring the relationship and influencing these variables that are digital marketing, marketing performance and the role of social media. A questionnaire was distributed to employees of Zain Telecom Company in Baghdad Governorate, where the number of members of the sample reached 70 after collecting and analyzing questionnaires. There was a relationship of moral correlation between both digital marketing with its dimensions and marketing performance, and there is a relationship of correlation with moral significance Between both digital marketing and social media, as well as between marketing performance and social media.

The research aims to explore the role of green Creative in green insurance and securing its financing. It also aims to provide green innovation's conceptual framework, highlights its objectives and importance including (the use of renewable energy sources, enhancing resource usage, developing eco-friendly products, reducing waste and pollution, and improving agriculture). Furthermore, the research seeks to define green insurance and its characteristics represented in: providing insurance for green projects, covering environmental risks, motivating companies to improve their green performance by offering insurance discounts, and developing green insurance products.
In order to achieve the desired objectives, National Insurance Company in Iraq, which provides various forms of insurance including agricultural insurance, was conducted in this research. A descriptive-analytical approach was adopted. A survey was distributed randomly to (40) workers of middle and senior management in National Insurance Company. SPSS statistical tests were done such as (mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation, and simple linear regression).
The research was divided into four sections. The first focused on the general framework and research methodology, the second included the fundamental theoretical concepts of the research variables, section three encompassed the practical aspect of the research and the tested its hypotheses, while the fourth section concluded that there is a relationship between the elements of green innovation, whether collectively or individually, and green insurance in the researched company, and demonstrated that green insurance increases green sectors' investment, preserving green projects and enhancing their performance. Finally, the researcher recommended green innovation in all fields and ways that fit the natural environment to achieve sustainable production and consumption. In addition to that, that researcher, recommended to enhance insurance sector's awareness, particularly in green insurance sector, and get the benefit from advanced countries experiences.

The research aims to determine the impact of intellectual capital on the profitability of business organizations, by identifying the availability of intellectual capital requirements with its three components (human, structural and customer) in achieving profitability , the research problem centered on the statement whether there is investment And real employment of intellectual capital in the company, the sample of the research, and the research was applied in Zain Iraq company for communications, and the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and the data was collected through the annual report of Zain Iraq published in the Iraqi Stock Exchange and for the years (2017-2019). And based on financial analysis and using personal interviews and field observations, the most prominent findings of the researcher were that the dimensions of intellectual capital affect the profitability of business organizations in varying proportions and in a positive way, and there was a logical justification for accepting the main hypothesis, at the same time, there are decrease in the level of training and development expenses for employees, and increase in the level of turnover of assets, was noted. The company also worked on the research sample to pay attention to attracting competent employees who have great experience in the required jobs, the research concluded with a number of recommendations, the most important of them was realize the importance of intellectual capital and work to develop and maintain it to achieve a high level of profits and also adopt expanded investment policies in order to create returns on their assets to achieve net profits after Tax, which gives more strength to the company.

This research aims to analyze the role of empowerment strategies in achieving creative performance among employees of the General Company for Communications and Information Technology (GCIT), a vital government organization operating in a dynamic technological environment that requires continuous renewal and innovation. The research used the descriptive-analytical approach, and data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to a random sample of 140 employees, from which 137 valid questionnaires were retrieved for statistical analysis. The research focused on studying the impact of four dimensions of empowerment strategies: power, knowledge, information, and rewards, as independent variables, while creative performance represented the dependent variable. SPSS V.26 was used to test the hypotheses and study the impact of variables. The research results showed a significant positive effect for most empowerment dimensions in enhancing employees' creative performance, with the dimensions "power" and "knowledge" having the greatest impact. In contrast, the effect of "rewards" was low. The results confirmed that empowering employees cognitively and practically and providing a supportive organizational environment positively impact their ability to think creatively and devise new solutions. The study recommends adopting comprehensive empowerment policies within the company, creating a work environment that encourages creativity, and reconsidering incentive systems and information flow to enhance organizational performance and keep pace with the requirements of digital transformation.

The quality of earning is one of the most important elements used in evaluating the real financial reality of the company, which is reflected in its financial statements and future profits, as the current study included an analysis of the relationship between the quality of earning and the growth of companies for four companies registered in the Saudi stock market and for the period (2009-2018). Both accounting conservatism and the criterion of closeness to cash models were relied upon to measure the quality of these companies' earnings. While both the sustainable growth and the internal growth models were used in measuring the growth of the research sample companies. The statistical analysis represented by finding the correlation coefficient was used for the purpose of examining the relationship between the growth factors and the quality of earning used in the current study. The results showed a strong relationship between the criterion of closeness to cash model as a measure of the quality of earning and both the coefficients of sustainable growth and internal growth. The results also presented the absence of a clear relationship between the accounting conservatism coefficient and the measured growth coefficients in the current study of the research sample. The current study recommends the importance of the obligation to disclose profits in line with accounting principles and sorting out companies that follow the method of profit management and manipulation of financial statements. The study also recommends conducting more research in the field of measuring the quality of earning and its relationship to the growth of companies

Purpose of the research is to study the relationship between internal marketing and positive employee behavior, as well as to know the effect of the independent variable (internal marketing) on the dependent variable (positive employee behavior).
Design/Methodology: A simple random sample of (77) employees working in the Oil Products Distribution Company in Najaf Governorate was selected, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data. The researchers sought to know the nature of the relationship of influence between the research variables, and several statistical analyses of the data were adopted, including the Corinbach alpha, weighted, standard deviation, arithmetic mean, and regression analysis.
Results: Through the current research, several conclusions were reached, including the existence of a statistically significant effect between the research variables (internal marketing and positive employee behavior).

The current research aims to know the extent of the impact of the dimensions of manufacturing flexibility represented by (size flexibility, machinery flexibility, product flexibility, process flexibility, expansion flexibility) in supporting the marketing performance represented by (market share, sales volume, profitability) in the General Company for Leather Industries - Baghdad The data and information were collected based on a questionnaire form, and the data obtained was analyzed using the statistical program (spss. A set of statistical tools and methods prepared for the purpose of statistical analysis and extracting results from the most important ones T-test, F-test, correlation coefficient, and simple, multiple and graduated linear regression analysis. With increasing environmental pressures and resource scarcity, the transition from the linear “take-make-dispose” model to a circular production system (CPS) has become a strategic necessity for companies. This research addresses the circular production system not only as an environmental initiative, but also as a catalyst for achieving sustainable competitive advantage. The research aims to contribute to bridging the gap between organizational behavior literature and sustainability strategy, highlighting how employee perceptions at the micro and macro levels of the company influence competitive advantage, guided by the research question “How do Bwer employees view the role of circular production systems in building sustainable competitive advantage?” This research examines the perceptions of Bwer employees regarding the relationship between adopting a circular production system and enhancing competitive advantage. A descriptive analytical approach was used, with a structured questionnaire distributed to a targeted sample of 75 employees from various departments, such as operations, marketing, and research and development, using SPSS v.26 software. The results show strong perceived links between circular production systems and improved brand image, resource efficiency, and long-term cost savings through waste reduction and material reuse. However, the challenges identified include high initial costs, the complexity of reverse logistics, and a lack of understanding between different functions, particularly with regard to product innovation outside the research and development department. One of the most important recommendations of the research is to highlight the need to improve communication, training, and incentives to align employee efforts with circular production goals and fully achieve CPS objectives as a driver of lasting competitive success.

The current study aims to predict the failure of companies through the use of financial ratios derived from cash flow disclosure and then categorize them into two categories, the safe category means that the company is in a secure financial position capable of providing cash and fulfilling financial obligations, and the second category is the unsafe category where the company is In a troubled financial situation unable to meet the financial obligations, as (11) financial ratios derived from the cash flow statement were used, and the study was applied in the Iraq Stock Exchange, as the sample consisted of (42) companies listed in it and for the period 2016-2020. Through the use of logistic regression analysis to the prediction model that works to classify companies, with an accuracy rate of 52.4%, the model consists of (4) financial ratios, which are (the ratio of operational activity, the ratio of operating cash to sales, the ratio of operating cash return to total assets, and finally the percentage of cash return operating to total liabilities)

The study aims to balance the saloon car assembly line (SBA) to determine the production cycle time and the number of work stations to eliminate bottlenecks and idle time between stations to increase the efficiency of the assembly line. The problem of the study is represented in the low efficiency of the sedan assembly line (Saba) in the State Company for Automobile and Equipment Industry, due to the lack of balance of the assembly line, the idle time between the work stations, the low volume of production and the different task times. The study adopted the case study approach in diagnosing the problem and collecting the necessary data and information through field coexistence in the company in order to complete the practical side of the study. The genetic algorithm was applied using simulation using the MATLAB language. The implementation of the algorithm depended on pairing task times to generate new generations using the mutation of The partial genotype, leading to the best production cycle, the results confirmed the possibility of determining the best chromosome (production cycle time, increasing the efficiency of the assembly line, reducing the number of stations, downtime, and bottlenecks that occur between stations.

This study explores the impact of entrepreneurial resilience and entrepreneurial success. A researcher conducted a survey of entrepreneurs in small and medium-sized companies in Zakho city in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq to understand the extent to which flexibility affects company growth and success. They used the descriptive analytical approach to analyse the survey data. The questionnaire was the primary approach to data gathering. Data analysis was performed using both SPSS v26 and Smart PLS v 4.0.9. (82) questionnaires were collected from a total of 95 survey cases. The findings of this study show a substantial and statistically significant effect of entrepreneurial resilience on entrepreneurial success. Entrepreneurial resilience is critical to increasing a company's effectiveness and profitability by addressing immediate and continuous difficulties that force it to seek out possibilities, innovate, and face risks. While these results are convincing in the context of the study, it is necessary to be careful when generalizing them to other corporate settings. Further research is recommended to delve deeper into the nuances of entrepreneurial resilience across diverse contexts. This study contributes valuable insights for entrepreneurs seeking to improve performance through entrepreneurial resilience. Through understanding and leveraging forecasting and forcing conditions, organizations can promote better outcomes and achieve success.

The study recommends that responsibility centers should be defined accurately and clearly, with the responsibilities and activities associated with them and how to allocate costs to each center being clarified. The factory should work on improving production and administrative operations in the various responsibility centers in order to improve the overall performance of the factory. The accounting and evaluation system should be developed to be more comprehensive and effective, including the definition of clear and measurable performance standards for evaluating the performance of responsibility centers.
Abstract
This study aims to determine the extent of the impact of financing on the market value of firms, by using a sample consisting of six financial firms listed in the Iraq Stock Exchange distributed between the two sectors (insurance and investment), and these companies constitute 60% of the research community for the period (2012-2021), based on the quarterly data to form (240) observations, and for the purpose of testing the hypothesis of the study, the Panel Data technology and the outputs of the Eviews-10 statistical program were relied upon, and multiple regression analysis was relied upon to identify the relationship between the explanatory variable (financial leverage) and the controlling variables (company size , fixed assets, growth opportunities, and trading ratio), with the dependent variable (market value), and the estimation results revealed that there is a statistically significant negative effect between the financial leverage and the market value of the firm, and that the firm's trading ratio and its fixed assets positively and significantly affected the value of the company It also showed that there is a significant negative impact of the firm's size and its growth rate in the market value, This result was consistent with financial theory and related studies in its various environments. Accordingly, about 43% of the change was reached, The outcome of the firm's market value is explained through the variables of the current study, which prompts financial managers to increase interest in how to form suitable sources of financing in a way that reflects positively on the firm's value in the market.

The goal of the paper is to reach the optimal decision by building the Fuzzy Linear Programming Model (FLPM) with fuzzy parameters represented by demand and production quantities. The study problem lies in the range that the model contributes to removing the uncertainty in determining the optimal amount of production, and to reach this value, available programs (MatlabV.10, Win Q.S.B V.2) were used to obtain the results of the optimal solution. The hypothesis of this study is that the Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) contributes to the uncertainty of the amount of production and demand. The research was based on an applied study of real data taken from the Iraqi General Cement Company, which is one of the most active companies in the Iraqi industry environment. Four factories (Kufa, Najaf, Babylon, Badoush al tawseea) were selected with their sample products for the company. The study used the model's order quantities, production requirements, and production quantity with Triangular Fuzzy Numbers (TFN). One of the most important conclusions reached by the researcher is that the data adopted from the four factors and the results of the analysis are that the output in these coefficients is fuzzy and unstable, and that the application of fuzzy logic is an effective way to get rid of the uncertainty.

The electronic payment card company Qcard was chosen to implement the proposed research model. As its financial and administrative reports were analyzed, in addition to conducting extensive interviews with the heads of various departments in the company, the sample of the research. The indicators that formed the sustainable balanced scorecard and which later represented the guide for preparing the integrated report form were identified after distributing the indicators that represent non-financial information on the nine components of the integrated report form.
And the most important conclusion was the operation of non-financial information, in addition to financial information, which led to the activation of management accounting tools, facilitating the formulation of the strategy of the economic unit, the implementation of the strategic objectives of the economic unit, and the achievement of sustainability requirements. Its performance from multiple points of view and enabled the management accountant and management to quantify expectations to the nearest degree of accuracy, which leads to correcting the evaluation process and expanding the area of correction options that can be put forward in the strategic performance evaluation process. As for the most important recommendation, it was necessary to unify the efforts of academics and professionals to raise the level of application of management accounting tools in economic units, and to employ those tools in enabling units to achieve sustainability requirements, and the consequent necessity of developing management accountant skills in preparing reports that feed departments with information. The purpose of this research is to study the impact of the presence of ISIS in Iraq on the reputation of joint-stock companies in this country. For this purpose, the accepted reputation of companies in the Iraqi Stock Exchange was measured through a regression model and using the hypothetical variable regarding the presence of ISIS in Iraq, the topic was investigated.
The method of conducting this research is descriptive-correlational, and the selected sample includes 35 companies that were listed on the Iraqi stock market during the years 2013 to 2018. The research hypotheses were tested using a multiple logistic regression model based on panel data.
The results of this research indicate that there is a significant relationship between the presence of ISIS in Iraq and the reputation of companies accepted on the stock exchange of this country, which means that the reputation of companies on the Iraqi stock exchange decreased with the presence of ISIS in Iraq.

This study aimed to search the factors affecting earnings per share and financial performance in joint stock companies operating in the Iraq Stock Exchange (industrial sector), where the impact of internal and external factors on earnings per share and on Financial performance, and the impact of earnings per share on financial performance on the other hand, as the problem of the study raised questions about the nature of the impact relationship between the three variables of the study. The researchers adopted a scientific approach using the descriptive analytical approach and using the statistical program (spss v23) to find ratios and frequencies and examine the efficiency of the measurement tool. As well as the program (AMOS V23) in process of analyzing data according to the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to find the values of the regression coefficients, and to analyze the nature of direct and indirect (median) relationships. One side and the earnings per share on the other hand, and that there is a positive impact relationship directly for earnings per share on financial performance, and that there is an indirect positive impact relationship for awareness. The research came to show the impact of free cash flow on the market value of business establishments by demonstrating the importance of using free cash flow indicators in industrial companies listed in the Iraq Stock Exchange by conducting an applied study that seeks to reach a predictive model for the market value of these companies, and represents the research community in industrial companies. Listed in the Iraq Stock Exchange, and the research sample was represented in (6) companies that were selected from among (19) companies listed in the Iraq Stock Exchange, due to their compatibility with the research requirements and the period from (2004-2019), and a set of indicators were used. Financial [earnings before taxes and interest (1-tax) + amortization and depreciation - capital expenses), (closing price multiplied by the number of shares)] as well as using a simple regression model to find out the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable individually and for each company and using the statistical program ( Minitab 17), and the research concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of free cash flow on the market value of business establishments in general in the model, as well as that there is no effect of free cash flow on the market value Protective for business establishments in some companies.

Using the Chi-Square test paradigm, this study investigates the effects of the financial and human resource activities of businesses engaged in the tourism industry in the Erbil/Kurdistan-Iraq region. Using cross-sectional data and straightforward randomization approaches, data were gathered from 100 tourist destinations. The model is employed in the finance and human resources departments to examine the effects of economic crises on regional economic growth. The findings demonstrated that the tourism industry in the area is being significantly impacted by the economic slump during the crisis. The economic crisis had a detrimental effect on both the operations of the company and the economy of the region, as shown by the application of the streamlined simulation-based static analysis framework. The expansion of the tourism industry and the Kurdistan region's economy are being hampered by the deteriorating level of living and purchasing power. The findings indicate that there is no relationship between gender and the tourism industry, and this finding can be interpreted as meaning that gender has little to no influence on the industry. The outcome demonstrates that there is no association between age group, marital status, and the tourism industry. This implies that all demographic factors have negligible effects on the tourism industry. This outcome may possibly be related to the fact that the tourism business is still developing and/or that it is too early to forge these connections because this sector is new to the Kurdistan area. The findings also suggest a connection between employment and the tourism industry. However, the findings indicate that the variable has a big impact on tourism. Additionally, a statistically significant relationship exists between the tourism industry and the economic crisis, as shown by the relationship between tourism characteristics, which includes statements like, "We will cancel/postpone previously planned recruitment, salary increases will be lower than planned, our team is concerned about the viability of the business, finance is getting harder to obtain, and our forecast: profits will fall."

Therefore, it is meaningful to use scientific methods that treatment both quantitative and qualitative data, as well as multiple criteria.
Analytical network process (ANP) is a one of the important multi-criteria decisions –making approaches. Also, the ANP technique is a general form that allows possible independency among criteria factors. This paper aims to select the best suppliers using an (ANP) approach which helps decision-makers to reach the best strategy with correct decisions. Using ANP each criterion has its assign weight, which reflects its importance for the process of comparison between alternatives to suppliers. The presented approach consists of the three main steps: the first step is to identify the criteria used in the comparison process between suppliers, the second step is to identify the decision matrix using AHP and the third step is to construct the super matrix and limiting super matrix and compare between the alternatives, and rank them from the best to the worst through using ANP. This work has used the data as in [30] which represents data for a company that has four suppliers and five criteria. The results show that the best supplier is supplier 2, which has weight equal to 39%. Also, our results are matching the AHP result that is presented in [30]. Moreover, this work can be extended for future work using fuzzy environment and real application such as Iraqi oil companies.

Abstract
Branding is a vital means of product identification and represents a fundamental aspect of marketing, distinguishing a company's products from those of its competitors and conferring a competitive advantage. This study aims to assess the extent to which Iraqi retail stores (BIG) value branding and their employees' awareness of its importance in achieving superiority and competitiveness. The study adopted a descriptive analytical approach, and data was collected through a random survey of 1,087 merchants in Baghdad. Statistical analysis was used (SPSS V.24). The results revealed a strong, positive relationship between branding and the dimensions of competitive advantage (cost, quality, flexibility), while the relationship was weak with the delivery dimension. The added value of the study lies in its focus on the variables of branding and competitive advantage, offering practical contributions to how to invest in branding to enhance competitive advantage and increase profits. This positively impacts the stores' positioning and ability to achieve goals in a competitive market.
Abstract
This study aims to demonstrate the impact of announcing the distribution of dividends in light of information asymmetry and in light of the phenomenon of terrorism for the purpose of predicting stock prices for companies listed on the Iraqi Stock Exchange. The study was applied to a sample of various market sectors, taking into account the diversity in the sectors, which included Mosul Dam Company that met the conditions of the study, which identified the companies that distributed dividends for two consecutive years (2014-2015), and the event study method was used with a (40) day event window with a period of (20) days before and after the event to measure the information asymmetry, as the forecasting method was adopted to identify the effects. The future of the dividend decision depends on investors' decisions in light of conditions of instability. In addition, two statistical methods were used to test the study's hypotheses, namely the regression analysis method and the scenario method. The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the possibility of achieving extraordinary returns by relying on the informational content of the dividend dividend. There is also a significant impact Statistical significance for the dividend decision due to information asymmetry. The scenario method contributes to predicting stock prices better than the traditional method. One of the most important recommendations reached by the study is the necessity of adopting scientific methods to measure the impact of market-related terrorist events on the accuracy of financial results, especially the use of mathematical models to measure the impact. The research also reached a number of conclusions, most notably that employing machine learning algorithms contributes to improving the prediction of quantitative resource consumption, which helps detect deviations and identify their potential causes, and enhances the accuracy and comprehensiveness of production reports.

Abstract
The current study aims to explore the impact of entrepreneurial orientation as an independent variable — through its dimensions (innovation, risk-taking, proactiveness, autonomy, competitive aggressiveness, and competitive energy) — on business success as a dependent variable. The study focuses on a sample of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf Governorate.
To achieve the study objectives, a sample of 123 SMEs in Najaf was selected, and the data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical software. The study reached several conclusions, most notably that SMEs exhibit a strong entrepreneurial orientation, which contributes to better performance through the development of new products and services that meet market needs. The results also showed that reactiveness enhances a company's ability to seize opportunities before competitors, while other dimensions such as autonomy and risk-taking contribute to strengthening competitiveness and achieving success.
Based on these findings, it can be concluded that enhancing entrepreneurial orientation among SMEs in Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf is an effective strategy for improving their performance and increasing their competitiveness in the market. Moreover, the study provides valuable insights for policymakers and decision-makers in supporting these enterprises by providing an enabling environment that fosters innovation, risk-taking, and reactiveness — thereby contributing to sustainable growth and tangible business success.

This study aimed to know the impact of human resources management in its dimensions, which are (human resources planning, recruitment, human resources appointment, methods of developing and training employees, and performance evaluation) in achieving organizational excellence in its dimensions, which are (organizational structure excellence, organizational cultural excellence, and human resources excellence, and strategic excellence), for employees in the General Electricity Distribution Company in Babylon. The study sample amounted to (55) researchers. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach and used a program in its statistical analysis (SPSS). The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant impact of human resources management strategies in achieving organizational excellence. It concluded with main conclusions and recommendations that attempt to push the wheel of development and advancement that stems from the culture of human resources and support their efficiency and attempt to support their excellence that contributes to organizational excellence that achieves the desired goals in developing organizations operating in various productions. Completed scientific studies with a solid scientific dimension in the world of scientific research were used to develop the work of administrative organizations and push the wheel of development by focusing on developing the competencies working in the economy. The study aims to know the relationship between the independent variable represented by marketing capabilities and their dimensions (market sensing capabilities, marketing learning capabilities, market targeting capabilities) with the dependent variable, which is agile marketing and its sub-dimensions (reducing excessive marketing operations, reducing surplus inventory for marketing operations, reducing inappropriate transportation). It is necessary to reduce excessive processing steps, reduce defective outputs in marketing, and reduce waiting times. The sample of the study was (50) male and female employees at various levels and administrative responsibilities specialized in providing oil products at the Vegetable Oil Factory, which is one of the important companies in Iraq that seeks to provide its products to customers in a way that exceeds competing companies. The research problem is represented by the limited interest in the Vegetable Oil Factory in Baghdad for marketing. Agile in his marketing work through the optimal use of marketing capabilities. And its lack of readiness for change in order to adopt the modern marketing philosophy to enhance its goals and marketing performance in the Iraqi business environment, in addition to the presence of many wasted money, effort, time and resources during the company’s marketing operations. To achieve the objectives of the study, a model was formulated for the study consisting of two main variables, and two main hypotheses were derived, the first related to correlation and the other to influence. The most important conclusion reached is that there is an acceptable presence of marketing capabilities in the vegetable oil factory that helps in achieving lean marketing.

The research aims to clarify the influence exerted by strategic alliances and its dimensions represented by (value chain partnership, licensing arrangement, joint projects, mutual service union) on strategic shocks and its dimensions represented by (the industrial environment factor (exchange rate fluctuation), the institutional environmental factor (Soft budget constraints are offset by hard one), the company's capabilities (low versus high leverage) and the relationship between them, and the researched field was the contracting companies operating in the city of Mosul (listed within the Iraqi Contractors Union/Ninawa branch), which were chosen to conduct the applied aspect of the research, and the electronic questionnaire was distributed to The researched field was conducted via the WhatsApp application for contractors working in the city of Mosul, and (98) responses were obtained via the electronic link prepared for this purpose. The research community consisted of general managers of contracting companies. The descriptive analytical approach was adopted in the research, and statistical software (spss) was employed. v.27) for statistical analysis of the collected data, and the most prominent results were the presence of an inverse relationship between both strategic alliances and strategic shocks, and there is also a significant effect between strategic alliances on strategic shocks.
