For any phenomenon, whether it is bad or good, there are several causes that lead to it, and these reasons may refer to the individual in himself sometimes, or the society in its general composition and its total particles at other times, as it encourages the existence of this phenomenon, which means here that the phenomenon has an individual basis. Or social harm is harmful to the individual and society, and therefore it is necessary to search for means of combating it or addressing it and reducing its effects and risks, both individual and social, and striving to eliminate this danger once and for all.
Rather, other economic, political and cultural efforts, especially the media, have an important role in combating or ending this phenomenon and its negative effects on society in general. Abstract
The concept of sustainable development has become a popular slogan in contemporary organizations. Today, it is the central focus of the programs of many governmental and non-governmental organizations, as well as many companies around the world. Sustainable development refers to meeting the needs of individuals without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Here, marketing plays an important role, not only by aligning a company’s strategy with the environment, but also by promoting the importance of implementing this concept. Green marketing relies on the use of promotional methods that focus on the environmental benefits of products and services. By marketing sustainable solutions, companies such as Asia Renewable Energy (the case study) can, according to our research findings, raise environmental awareness among their audiences and encourage consumers to adopt environmentally friendly behaviors. Marketing green products not only promotes the environment but also reflects social values that respect human rights and equality. By applying the principles of sustainability, companies enhance the well-being of society by providing clean, sustainable energy that contributes to reducing pollution and improving the quality of life. Marketing innovations in renewable energy contributes to stimulating demand for these solutions, which enhances the ability of companies to grow sustainably. By focusing on marketing solar, wind or other renewable technologies, companies like Asia Renewable Energy can contribute to the transition to a low-carbon society. Asia Renewable Energy can serve as an excellent example of applying green marketing strategies to support sustainable development. The research was determined spatially in Iraq and for the period between 2013-2022. The research relied on the inductive approach based on the descriptive method. The most important conclusions reached by the research were the acquisition of expatriate workers on Most of the job opportunities are available in Iraq, especially after the openness that Iraq witnessed after 2003 AD, and employers have sought help from them significantly due to their low wages and the ability to work long hours compared to Iraqi workers. The most important recommendations were the necessity of developing laws that control the income of these workers, and imposing an income tax because a large portion of the income of these workers is transferred to their homes, which negatively affects the Iraqi economy.
Abstract
The establishment of private universities has become one of the means to spreading university education and expanding it in the Iraqi society within the framework of the university education strategy to expand education and this type of education is encouraged at the government level according to a philosophy that stems from the principle of integration between government education and private education and considering the latter is one of the complementary substitutions to public university education.
One of the most important advantages of private university education is that it gives greater freedom to choose colleges and scientific specializations according to the desire of the students who are applying to study in private universities.
The most important conclusions of the research are that private universities do not suffer from the problem of disguised unemployment sometimes as they often adopt flexible administrative structures that ensure high performance efficiency for all of their affiliates and on the contrary they take all necessary measures against persons whose performance does not rise to the required level in terms of administrative, and scientific levels.
Among the most important recommendations of the research are the values of private colleges and universities to gain the confidence of the citizen so that it competes with public university education, promotes it, and encourages private education according to a philosophy that stems from the principle of integration between government education and private education.
Abstract
The aim of the research is to clarify the role of financial engineering and its applicable tools in banks and how to manage banking risks. In order to achieve the research objective, the research problem was formulated with the following question: What is the role of financial engineering in managing and reducing banking risks?
Then the hypothesis was formulated to answer the research problem. The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach, as the researcher collected data and information through references and literature from books, periodicals, master’s theses, doctoral dissertations, Arab and foreign scientific journals, and browsing the international information network (the Internet) to track the latest scientific developments regarding the research topic.
The researcher reached a set of results, the most prominent of which is that risks are inherent in banking work without exception, regardless of the type of bank or the type of activity it carries out. Financial engineering tools were and still are the subject of great controversy among those dealing with them and studying them. Some of them strongly support their use, while others consider them the cause of financial crises.
The researcher also recommends the most important of which is establishing the foundations of financial engineering and financial risk management and clarifying their limits so that the bank can benefit from their tools and products. Paying attention to training accountants and intensifying communication work that increases the confidence of customers and society as a whole in the bank’s services, which reduces risks on the one hand and increases the size of the portfolio and deposits on the other hand.
Abstract
Introduction to professional ethics and organizational work values:
In recent years, we have seen the emergence of some concepts of social responsibility. These concepts are considered contemporary concepts, so there must be a reinforcement of these social concepts. We find that some institutions emphasize their developmental role and sense of social responsibility within the communities in which they are located. This social participation is not only important in the sense of responsibility, but has become a necessity to win the sympathy, respect, and appreciation of communities.
We find that the concept of work ethics is one of the most important social principles that stem from the full belief in the values of work, as each individual is responsible for the work he does. Of course, the concept of work ethics is closely linked to the people who perform their work in a skillful way. This does not stop at an authority or institution, whether in the public or private sector. Therefore, institutions have focused their attention specifically on work ethics and values. They seek to develop good morals such as honesty, integrity, commitment, striving for excellence, loyalty, righteousness, respect for others, and appreciating time and good use of it. They also seek to fight against everything that is not appropriate for virtuous ethics while adhering to high values for their multiple benefits for individuals, societies, and high-quality relationships.
Let's focus more on another aspect of ethical values and how they become more complex when there are situations where values conflict with other things in our lives. We know that ethics is a set of rules that define the proper behavior and also define the improper behavior. These ethical rules tell us when our behavior is acceptable and when it is rejected. We note that ethical rules exist in all societies and organizations, despite the differences that exist between one individual and another, but they are considered ethical rules that govern the behavior of humans to determine for them when their actions are right or wrong.
As for business ethics, it does not differ much from the rules of ethics that govern the behavior of individuals in our societies, and it applies the general ethical rules that govern the behavior of business organizations.
In light of this, we note the legal aspect of ethical behavior, that is, the behavior considered ethical is also legal and preferred by society and encouraged. However, there are sometimes unethical behaviors that are difficult to consider illegal. For example, when a worker takes more time than necessary to perform a particular task, is this ethical behavior? Also, when one of the workers uses the work phone for personal calls, thus the institution bears the loss of the worker's time, and bears the costs of the calls made by the worker, or he claims to be sick and does not go to work... And such behavior is not punishable by law, but many people consider some or all of them unethical.
Work is of great importance to man, as it is his source of income and livelihood. Therefore, man seeks to preserve it by adhering to work ethics and values. Let us get to know through the following lines the concept of work ethics and the importance of adherence and commitment to work ethics. It has great importance for the individual and the institution in which he works, such as enhancing the interaction between workers in a large way, which raises the efficiency of performance, improving the image and reputation of the institution, and protecting employees from fear about their future in it and depriving them of incentives and promotions on time. In addition to increasing production and profits, this is a result of each employee's commitment to perform his duties towards his work, as one of the most important work ethics is honesty, and proper time management and not exploiting work time to serve personal interests, and disrupt the interests of work and customers as some people do, and working to succeed in forming good relationships with customers, which guarantees their continuous dealings with the institution.
We can follow a set of methods and methods in order to consolidate and consolidate the ethics and values of work, such as the individual's evaluation of his performance himself, and punishing himself for the mistake he commits without being monitored by anyone. This is because he fears God Almighty, and therefore he strives to perfect his work. Administratively, this is known as the application of self-control methods. Not discriminating between workers, everyone must be subject to punishment when they are wrong, regardless of whether they are a manager, worker, or employee. They are all equal, so that the owners of senior positions in the institution do not believe that they are above punishment, which prompts them to not comply with labor regulations. Among the methods and ways to consolidate the ethics and values of work are:
- Encouraging employees to develop their performance, and this is done by linking good performance with rewards and incentives. The employee always needs someone to encourage him to give his best for the benefit of work.
- Raising awareness among the ranks of workers of the importance of work and that it is their source of income, and the need to preserve it and master it well, which leads to increasing the profits of the institution and raising their standard of living.

The research started from a problem that is, is it possible to rely on depleted resources in achieving sustainable development,Is there a relationship between the size of those resources and the degree of achieving sustainable development, and the goal of this research stems from analyzing and measuring the relationship between depleted resources and indicators of sustainable development, and thus providing proposed solutions to address the imbalance between these variables in the Iraqi economy, as well as providing suggestions or recommendations in order to overcome obstacles that obstruct the process of sustainable development and address the problems of the economy, including the Iraqi economy
It also stems from the premise that it is not possible to rely on the revenues of depleted resources in achieving sustainable development in the Iraqi economy unless a large set of conditions and economic, institutional and societal reforms are available, in order to arrive at identifying the problem of the study, analyzing it and developing appropriate solutions to it. And standard, as well as analyzing the standard relationship to show the impact of depleted resources revenues on sustainable development indicators, and the use of various data and information necessary to reach the results of the study (research)The study concluded that the rational exploitation and management of delectable resources in the service of development is one of the most important criteria associated with achieving sustainable development, especially with regard to protecting the atmosphere from sources of pollution resulting from the use of energy in economic and social activities, especially in the transport and industry sector. The environment and development the emergence of sustainable development, which aims to pay attention to the interrelationship between man and his natural surroundings, and between society and its development. and limitations and obstacles encountered Unbalanced development has also led to the emergence of environmental problems in various fields, such as the increase in pollution and its impact on the quality of life, and the irrational exploitation of natural resources, including those that are depletable.

Abstract
Drugs are among the most serious problems facing modern societies. Their negative effects are not limited to the individual alone but extend to impact all aspects of social, economic, and environmental life. This phenomenon has grown significantly in recent decades, affecting communities regardless of their level of economic or cultural development. Drug abuse is not restricted to a specific group; it spans different ages and social classes, making it a pressing issue to address in order to maintain social stability.
The drug phenomenon arises at a time when the world faces significant challenges in sustainable development, which aims to balance economic growth, social justice, and environmental protection. This is where the danger of drugs lies, as they represent an obstacle to achieving these goals. Addiction leads to a decline in the economic productivity of individuals and societies, increases the burden on the healthcare system, and exacerbates crime and violence, hindering efforts to improve the quality of life and achieve social justice.
At the same time, drug trafficking contributes to environmental destruction through the excessive exploitation of land and pollution resulting from illegal drug manufacturing and trade. Therefore, sustainable development cannot be achieved in any society without implementing effective strategies to combat the drug phenomenon and reduce its negative impacts.

Abstract
Since the beginning of the Industrial Revolution, the global economy has been dominated by the so-called linear economic model, which has proven its limitations and has placed a great pressure on the world's resources. In light of the limited resources and the growing environmental issues, it became important to search for new and more sustainable economic models, so the trend towards a circular economy began by developing advanced steps to get rid of waste and make use of it at the lowest economic and environmental costs. The contribution of the circular economy to sustainable development is determined by the ability of the circular economy to achieve its vision of a flexible, innovative and transparent economy, and by its continued success in building global partnerships with companies, governments and civil society.
Abstract
This study aimed to analyse the impact of using clean energy on climate change management, by identifying the nature and importance of clean energy, and its impact on reducing or confronting climate change, in addition to highlighting successful experiences in a number of developing and developed countries. The study highlighted the experiences of the UAE and Norway, examining their clean energy policies and their success in leveraging the benefits offered by this use. It demonstrated that successful investment in clean energy not only contributes to reducing carbon emissions, but also supports economic sustainability and enhances countries' resilience to the effects of climate change. The study also highlighted the importance of a clear institutional and legislative framework for the success of these transformations. The study relied on a key hypothesis: the use of clean energy has an impact on climate change management. The study concluded that the use of clean energy represents an effective tool for mitigating emissions and building a sustainable future. Renewable energy sources are characterized by their continuous renewal, and therefore are a continuous and inexhaustible source of energy. Climate change is a rapidly accelerating global phenomenon resulting from carbon emissions resulting from various human activities. Oil-producing countries seeking to achieve sustainability do not seek to abandon oil immediately, but rather adopt long-term strategies based on economic diversification, expanding the share of renewable energy, improving resource efficiency, and developing infrastructure in accordance with global environmental standards. One of the most important recommendations reached by the research is the necessity of providing full support and adopting a gradual strategic approach by governments to shift from dependence on fossil fuels to diversifying energy sources while enhancing investment in clean energy projects, by benefiting from the experiences of countries, especially Norway and the Emirates, which maintained their economic stability during the transition process, as well as the necessity of educating decision-makers and society about the importance of using clean energy as an important option to confront the challenge of climate change and achieve a sustainable future.

Abstract
This research aims to identify the contribution made by competition in helping young people implement their medium, small and micro projects, in order to ensure their success and achieve the desired goals, specifically in the early stages of establishing these projects. The research problem confirmed that many young people rely on the main pillars of competition (cost, quality, creativity, flexibility) in implementing their projects, but they do not have sufficient knowledge about their most important cognitive contents and how to invest them in competition with others. Accordingly, there is a cognitive deficiency more than a field deficiency in this field. As for the importance of the research, it was represented in presenting a set of proposals that contribute to enhancing the ability of the researched sample and society to invest in the relationship between competition and the success of youth projects (medium, small, and micro). Accordingly, this research aims to diagnose the reality of these two variables and discover the relationships of association and influence between them. To complete the research in its theoretical and field areas, the descriptive approach was adopted. The researchers also relied on a set of previous ideas in designing the questionnaire that was used in collecting data, after testing and adapting it to suit the Iraqi environment, which was distributed to a sample of young people with projects (medium, small, and micro) in the Shorjah area and the Arab market in Baghdad, numbering (376) individuals. The researchers also used measures of central tendency in processing the data from a statistical perspective using a set of tools available in the statistical program (SPSS.v23). These statistical tools provided researchers with a set of results that confirmed the application of the foundations of competition (cost, quality, creativity, flexibility), and youth projects (medium, small, and micro) to a high degree from a statistical point of view. Moreover, the foundations of competition contribute to a moral and statistical degree in enhancing the ability of youth to implement their projects and their success. Accordingly, the researchers recommended reviewing the world's experiences and the mechanisms that were adopted to encourage competition among youth, in addition to the support that was provided to them, whether materially or morally, and helping them build their various projects, and trying to transfer them to the Iraqi environment to invest their results and employ them in innovating various projects, whether (medium, small, and micro).
