Abstract

The study centered on the fact that there is an ideological controversy related to the problem of the study, as it aimed to know the role of the quality of work life among workers in private hospitals, the focus of the research (Al-Kafeel, Zain Al-Abidin, Al-Hujjah) Its dimensions (salary adequacy and fairness, correct working conditions, opportunities to exploit capabilities, opportunities for career growth, social integration) and its impact on organizational citizenship behavior in its dimensions (altruism, conscience awareness, sportsmanship, civility, voluntary participation). The problem of the study was raised out of the most important questions, which is the degree of availability of the quality of work life and organizational citizenship behavior and the level of the relationship between them in terms of correlation and influence. Out of (108) employees, according to the nature of their work. Statistical data were analyzed using the statistical program (Spss.V25), and to test the validity and reliability, the Alpha Crow-Nbach coefficient was used, and to test the hypotheses of the study, the PEARSON simple correlation matrix was used. The researcher came to the conclusion that there is a correlation between the two variables, as it was a strong positive correlation, which indicates a high presence and awareness of the concept of quality of work life among hospital workers, which enhances organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

The organizations' obtaining the ISO 45001 has a great role in providing a safe working environment for the organization. The organization’s implementation of the error prevention system contributes greatly to improving the quality of the organization’s products. On the other hand, providing the dimensions of the quality of work life in the institutions contributes greatly to the organization’s success and continuity It remains on the market.
Hence the importance of the study, which aims to indicate the role of both the occupational health and safety systems and the error prevention system in providing dimensions of the quality of work life. The importance of the study is reflected in providing a practical framework that links the implementation of the ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and the poka yoke error prevention system to the dimensions of the working life atmosphere. If the descriptive analytical approach was used, and based on the importance of the study, the study problem can be formulated. Does the application of the ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System standards and error prevention system contribute to providing quality work life dimensions?

Abstract

The current study aimed to know the extent of the ability of organizational integrity as an independent variable with its dimensions (operating controls, principles and purpose, core values, and culture) in improving the quality of work life as a dependent variable with its dimensions (job satisfaction, general well-being, stress at work, work-home interface, work control, work conditions) by relying on the descriptive analytical approach if this study was applied to the employees of the Diwaniya Technical Institute from the administrative category holding a certificate (higher diploma, bachelor's degree, diploma and preparatory only) and their number is (80) employees using a questionnaire distributed to them and the number of valid questionnaires was (76) and retrieved (4). The questionnaire was analyzed using many statistical tools and methods represented by the simple correlation coefficient to know the relationships of correlation and influence between the variables and multiple regression analysis and a number of other statistical tools in addition to using the SPSS.v.24 program), on the basis of which the researchers concluded a set of results, including that organizational integrity has a positive effect in improving the quality of work life. The study also reached a set of recommendations, some of which emphasized the need to apply practices Integrity within the organization, as establishing a culture of organizational integrity in any organization includes a set of stages, including understanding the importance of organizational integrity, its necessity and benefits for the individual and the organization, clarifying the positives of its application, and realizing the danger of the absence of organizational integrity in the organization
