The syudy aims to analyses the impact of the foreign exchange window on the exchange rate of the iraqi dinar for the period 2003-2021. rentier economies that suffer from inefficient traditional channels for the transfer of monetary policy to the real sector due to their disrupted economic structure and heavy dependence on imports to meet domestic demand apply direct instruments such as the foreign exchange window. the exchange rate is a critical tool used by the monetary authority to maintain price stability and target inflation. the foreign exchange sale window is an effective mean of directly affecting the exchange rate and is an interim tool for crossing a transitional period and ensuring monetary stability during this period. the research concluded that the foreign exchange window affects the exchange rate of the iraqi dinar and this effect was uneven during the study period. the results of the study showed that the exchange rate of the iraqi dinar responded to the monetary authoritys porcedures of employing part of the reserves to maintain its stability during the period 2003-2010 while the period 2011-2020 showed a weak response to the central bank interventions and thus higher gap between the nominal and parallel exchange rate.
Abstract
The research aims to demonstrate the importance of the economic business environment and the restrictions imposed on banks in general that may limit banking activity. Banks have to analyze the environment in which they intend to work in order to know these restrictions and analyze them in order to be able to adapt to them. Without banks analyzing that environment, they will not be able to continue their activities, .The research problem arises in highlighting trends that restrict banking activity in Iraq, and this will be done through three sections .The first introduced a profile of business environment in Iraq, while the second investigated the main features of the banking system .As for the third topic, it includes an assessment of the banking activities in light of the general economic business environment. Relevant Indicators showed that there are external variables inherent in the general business environment that affect banking activity both directly and indirectly.

Abstract
This research seeks to address by analyzing the symmetrical imbalances between the economy and the status of the current account and what is implied by the significance of the relative importance of the current account in the balance of payments on the one hand within the framework of the internal / external overlap of developing economies in general and Iraq , as a case study to examine the extent of the reflection of the local economic structure on the characteristics of the current account
There are types of imbalances in the balance of payments related to the structural characteristics of the economy i, meaning that they represent a reflection of the imbalance in its production structures, and this imbalance, namely, in the current account takes a directional turn over a long time period related to the process of economic development and its success or failure in achieving the required structural changes
The research concluded that its hypothesis is correct as far as it is concerned with Iraq and that there is a symmetry between the internal/external structural imbalance that has deteriorated in the current account, especially the trade balance, and this imbalance has taken a hidden form as a surplus in the case of the rentier economy. It concluded that economic administration has no choice but to restructure the Iraqi economy in favor of other production sectors, as well as financing and rehabilitating infrastructure projects, in addition to striving to attract foreign investment and working to expand production capacities and reduce dependence on oil as a main source of national income.
