Abstract
This research is about a statement of the event that information related to recidivism and its dimensions of (saving data, investing time, justice, justice, corruption, administrative corruption, discovering tax evasion, stimulating the media, the efficiency and completeness of information and the right time), and the descriptive analytical approach has been adopted.
